Note to Pacific Blue Cross clients: Starting May 1, we will no longer offer the 30-minute pro-rated physiotherapy visit. It will be replaced with a new 30-minute standard physiotherapy session, which will be available to all clients.
Appointment Cancellation Notice

Back in Motion requires 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. No shows or cancellations made without 24 hour notice may result in a cancellation fee (fee varies depending on service booked). If you are unable to provide 24 hours due to illness or emergencies, please alert reception as soon as possible.
