Back in Motion requires 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. No shows or cancellations made without 24 hour notice may result in a cancellation fee (fee varies depending on service booked). If you are unable to provide 24 hours due to illness or emergencies, please alert reception as soon as possible. __

Masks are recommended for all clients. If you do not plan on wearing a mask when attending your appointment, please call reception so that we can ensure to book you at a time where there is less immunocompromised staff and clients in our clinics.
